The Player of the Week for January 16th is Desiree Mercardo.  Coach Saeed nominated her for being a team leader and always getting her teammates involved.  She is never afraid to shoot and scored 14 points in each of their last two wins.  She leads the team in assists and is a team captain as well.  Congratulations Desiree!!
